Rang jued (Thunbergia laurifolia) is the blue-flowered laurel clock vine that scrambles over fences everywhere in Thailand, and drinking it as a plain tea is one of the country's most familiar herbal habits. How to Use

Crush a piece and infuse in 500 ml of hot water at 90–95°C for 15 minutes. Drink 200 ml with or after a meal. Keep the brewed tea at room temperature for no more than two days. Follow the directions on the package.
