How to Use

For an aroma lamp, add a little water and 3 drops of oil per 15 square metres of room, then light a candle beneath the bowl. For skin, add 2 drops to 10 drops of a base oil such as coconut or sesame, apply for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water. For external use only; do not apply undiluted. Follow the directions on the package.
