Phyto-Fiber is a honey and lemon flavoured fibre drink that draws on six different fibres rather than one: polydextrose, psyllium husk, acacia gum, oat beta-glucan, inulin and fructo-oligosaccharide. Fruit powders ‚ tomato, orange, mixed berry, pomegranate and acerola cherry ‚ plus citrus bioflavonoids and alfalfa extract round it out. Stir it into water before a meal and let it stand a few minutes to thicken.

How to Use

Stir 1 sachet (13 g) into 150-200 ml of water, leave to stand for 3-5 minutes, then drink before a meal. Follow with 1-2 glasses of water. Take 1 sachet daily. Follow the directions on the package.
