How to Use

Massage gently into the temples in a circular motion, apply under the nose, or roll onto the bridge of the nose, and breathe in. Close the cap after use ‚ the oils evaporate quickly. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose and mouth. Not for use on damaged skin. Follow the directions on the package.
