Smarty-Sesame is an instant cereal drink built on two Thai staples: ground black sesame and germinated riceberry, the deep-purple Thai rice known as khao hom nil. Cereal flakes, soy protein and ground soybean give it body, and the mix is fortified with tricalcium phosphate, powdered fish oil and B vitamins. It makes a warm, nutty cup that works as a light breakfast or an afternoon filler.

How to Use
