How to Use

No.27 Sea Holly: 2 capsules three times daily before meals for the whole course. From day one, also take No.26 Look Tai Bai, 2 capsules three times daily before meals; when that pack is finished, switch to No.21 Lingzhi, 2 capsules three times daily before meals. Course length 4 weeks. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Follow the directions on the package.
