How to Use

Adults: 1-2 teaspoons (about 2 g) a day. Children under 12: a quarter to half a teaspoon a day. Add to smoothies, yoghurt, cereal and raw desserts, or stir into water or juice. This ingredient is gluten free, but it is packed in a facility that may also pack products containing gluten, nuts and sesame. Reseal the pouch and store in a cool, dry place.
