How to Use

Infuse 1–2 teaspoons (5 g) in 500 ml of hot water at 90–95°C for 5–7 minutes, and drink 250 ml with or after meals. Around 15 g can also be added when making soup. Store the dry tea away from direct sunlight. Follow the directions on the package.
