The flowers are pressed into flat, round dried cakes rather than loose-packed in paper, which keeps them clean and free of the musty, sometimes mouldy character of the wrapped Chinese product. How to Use

Break off a piece of the dried flower cake, boil in water for a few minutes, then strain and sweeten to taste. Serve hot or chilled over ice. Follow the directions on the package.
