How to Use

No.9 Ram Na Nad: use 5 ml (one teaspoon) to rinse the mouth for 1–5 minutes, once or twice a day after brushing. Do not swallow, and do not rinse with water afterwards. Whitening and herbal toothpastes: apply a small amount to the brush; they can be alternated with your regular toothpaste. Follow the directions on the package.
