How to Use

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 100 ml (half a glass) of warm water and drink, then follow with plenty of water. Commonly taken once daily before bed. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for infants under one year. Follow the directions on the package.
