How to Use

Adults: take 1–2 capsules twice a day after meals with water or milk, for 4–8 weeks; the course may be repeated after 4–6 months. Children over five: 2 capsules a day before meals. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Follow the directions on the package.
