How to Use

For the body, massage in with light movements until completely absorbed. For hair, apply for 20 minutes before washing ‚ or leave overnight ‚ then wash out with shampoo. Internally, take 1‚Äì2 tablespoons 30 minutes before breakfast. Also used for cooking, baking and frying. Follow the directions on the package.
