Maroom is moringa (Moringa oleifera), the drumstick tree whose leaves grow in gardens across Thailand and go into curries as readily as into a teapot. The leaf is naturally dense in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which is what earned it the nickname miracle tree. How to Use

Infuse 1 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml of hot water at 80–90°C for 5–7 minutes. Drink with or after a meal. Keep the brewed tea at room temperature for no more than two days. Follow the directions on the package.
