Fitne is one of the best known herbal infusions in Thailand, made from senna leaf (Senna alexandrina) and traditionally taken as an evening cup. The RT strawberry version adds two more traditional herbs, haritaki fruit and Chinese rhubarb rhizome, and is sweetened with stevia leaf. Each sachet brews a clear, light-bodied infusion in a few minutes of steeping.

How to Use

Place one sachet in a cup, pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 10 to 20 minutes. Drink in the evening, and not more than one sachet a day. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for continuous long-term use. Follow the directions on the package.
