The 6 g of sugar in each sachet is what occurs naturally in the grains themselves. Whey protein and oligofructose fibre are added, and a sachet comes to 100 kcal ‚ tear, pour, add hot water and breakfast is done.

How to Use

Empty one 24 g sachet into 150 ml of hot water and stir until smooth. Follow the directions on the package.
